Meet the Founder
Kristen Kneidel, RN, BSN
Kristen Kneidel, RN, BSN is a highly skilled nurse injector who found her passion for injecting in 2014. Kristen has been an RN since 1997 and brings her knowledge of products, patient safety, and her art of injecting to give her patients a natural, refreshed look. Kristen provides cosmetic consultations and injectable treatments including Botox, Dysport, a full range of hyaluronic acid fillers, Sculptra, and Kybella. She deeply values ongoing continuing education in order to maintain the most advanced techniques in the industry. Kristen has a gentle, honest, and caring approach, and through her art, she creates a unique, individualized treatment plan designed to help each of our Kansas City med spa patients look and feel their best.

It's decreasing shadows, adding light, and lift to the face rather than having the obvious injectable appearance so many people are afraid of getting."
Kennedy Lintz Director of Aesthetic Practice
Kennedy Lintz LE, CLT is a licensed esthetician and certified laser technician with over five years of experience in medical aesthetics. Her practice is rooted in education, clinical integrity, and evidence-based skin treatments.
Kennedy specializes in advanced Laser Treatments, IPL, Microneedling, Chemical Peels, and Resurfacing, with a strong emphasis on clinical reasoning, patient education, and appropriate treatment selection. She is known for her ability to assess each patient individually, clearly explain treatment options, and guide patients toward realistic, beneficial outcomes.
As a clinical leader, Kennedy believes in the truth of aesthetics: that informed patients achieve better results. Her approach prioritizes transparency, safety, and individualized care, ensuring every treatment plan is intentional, ethical, and aligned with each patient’s goals.
Angela Keith, Operations Coordinator
Angela is a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator with a background in aesthetics and business administration. With experience as an administrative assistant, she excels in customer service, organization and patient support. Passionate about skin care and helping others, she strives to create a welcoming environment where patients feel confident and cared for. Her commitment to excellence ensures that every patient receives personalized guidance on their aesthetic journey.
Dr. Marcy Adams, Acting COO
Dr. Marcy Adams DBA, MBA, RN, BHA, LNC, is the acting Chief Operating Officer at The Aesthetic Place, where she leads business operations, strategic growth, and team development to deliver consistent performance and exceptional client care. With over 30 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in healthcare administration, Marcy blends operational precision with patient-centered strategy. Her executive roles in the pharmaceutical and clinical industries included building national healthcare teams and large-scale clinical networks, as well as developing innovative care programs focused on quality, access, and performance.
Dr. Paul Doskey, M.D.
Dr. Paul Doskey is a board-certified anesthesiologist that completed an internship and residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, and medical school at the University of Kansas. He has been in practice in Kansas and Missouri since 2000 and had been involved in aesthetics since 2012. He is currently the associate Chairman of Anesthesia at Kansas City VA hospital, an associate professor at the University of Missouri, and an associate professor at the University of Kansas. Dr. Doskey oversees all areas of the Aesthetic Place Practice.

Kaycee Scibona LE, CLT is aLicensed Esthetician and Certified Laser Technician who specializes in results-driven, personalized skincare. With a strong foundation in medical aesthetics and advanced laser technology, Kaycee brings a results-oriented approach to modern skincare. Her expertise includes laser treatments, skin rejuvenation, and corrective protocols tailored to each client’s unique goals.
Known for her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence, she blends clinical precision with a luxury-level client experience. Kaycee’s philosophy centers on achieving natural, refined results that enhance confidence and elevate self-care.
