Meet the Founder
Kristen Kneidel, RN, BSN
Kristen Kneidel, RN, BSN is a highly skilled nurse injector who found her passion for injecting in 2014. Kristen has been an RN since 1997 and brings her knowledge of products, patient safety, and her art of injecting to give her patients a natural, refreshed look. Kristen provides cosmetic consultations and injectable treatments including Botox, Dysport, a full range of hyaluronic acid fillers, Sculptra, and Kybella. She deeply values ongoing continuing education in order to maintain the most advanced techniques in the industry. Kristen has a gentle, honest, and caring approach, and through her art, she creates a unique, individualized treatment plan designed to help each patient look and feel their best.

They feel refreshed and not overdone. It's about nuances. ...The slightly lifted cheek, the dark circles that have diminished, a stronger chin, the slightly sharper jawline, the softer lines in the forehead. It's decreasing shadows, adding light, and lift to the face rather than having the obvious injectable appearance so many people are afraid of getting."

Angela is a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator with a background in aesthetics and business administration. With experience as an administrative assistant, she excels in customer service, organization and patient support. Passionate about skin care and helping others, she strives to create a welcoming environment where patients feel confident and cared for. Her commitment to excellence ensures that every patient receives personalized guidance on their aesthetic journey.
Dylan Melville, LE
Dylan Melville, a licensed esthetician at The Aesthetic Place, believes skincare is both a science and a ritual. One that deserves a personalized approach for every client. With a philosophy rooted in education, consistency, and evidence-based treatment techniques, Dylan specializes in acne, anti-aging, and restorative skin therapies tailored to reveal lasting results. Dylan cultivates a space where clients feel seen, supported, and confident in their skin.
Dr. Marcy Adams, Acting COO
Dr. Marcy Adams DBA, MBA, RN, BHA, LNC, is the acting Chief Operating Officer at The Aesthetic Place, where she leads business operations, strategic growth, and team development to deliver consistent performance and exceptional client care. With over 30 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in healthcare administration, Marcy blends operational precision with patient-centered strategy. Her executive roles in the pharmaceutical and clinical industries included building national healthcare teams and large-scale clinical networks, as well as developing innovative care programs focused on quality, access, and performance.
Dr. Paul Doskey, M.D.
Dr. Paul Doskey is a board-certified anesthesiologist that completed an internship and residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, and medical school at the University of Kansas. He has been in practice in Kansas and Missouri since 2000 and had been involved in aesthetics since 2012. He is currently the associate Chairman of Anesthesia at Kansas City VA hospital, an associate professor at the University of Missouri, and an associate professor at the University of Kansas. Dr. Doskey oversees all areas of the Aesthetic Place Practice.
Dena Rendon, Front Desk Coordinator
Dena brings over 15 years of experience in the aesthetic industry to her role as our Front Desk Coordinator. As a licensed esthetician skilled in both skincare services and front desk management, she offers a unique blend of customer service and clinical knowledge that enhances every part of the client experience. From the moment you call or walk through the door, Dena is dedicated to making your visit seamless, welcoming, and informative. Her passion for aesthetics started at a young age and continues to drive her commitment to helping clients feel comfortable, confident, and cared for at every step of their journey.
