The Injector Mentorship Program
Gain individualized guidance, practical insight, and the confidence to grow your skills and practice with intention.
Elevate Your Expertise Through Intentional Mentorship
Tailored education and one-on-one guidance designed to help you build confidence, refine your approach, and grow with clarity.
Injecting is more than learning where to place a needle. Exceptional injectors understand facial anatomy, patient assessment, product selection, technique, complication recognition, patient communication—and, perhaps most importantly, when not to inject.
This one-year mentorship is designed for nurses and advanced practice providers who are serious about building a strong foundation in aesthetics and developing the clinical judgment, confidence, and professionalism required to provide exceptional patient care.
It is not a quick introduction to injectables, a shortcut to advanced skills, or a program designed to rush you into independence.
It is long-term mentorship for intentional growth.
Real confidence comes from repetition, observation, feedback, case discussion, learning from mistakes, understanding the reasoning behind clinical decisions, and having an experienced injector available as you develop.
Throughout the year, mentorship may include:
Hands-on injection training
Facial anatomy and aesthetic assessment
Thoughtful treatment planning
Product selection and rheology
Neuromodulator and filler techniques
Patient consultation and communication
Before-and-after assessment
Complication recognition and management
Troubleshooting challenging cases
Clinical decision-making
Treatment sequencing
Developing confidence while maintaining appropriate clinical boundaries
The business and patient-experience side of aesthetic medicine
Why a year?
A handful of treatments cannot replace the experience gained through consistent practice, guided observation, direct feedback, and thoughtful discussion.
This program is built around the understanding that becoming an exceptional injector takes time. You will be challenged to think critically, refine your technical skills, recognize your limitations, and develop sound clinical judgment—always with patient safety at the center of the process.
Investment and selection
A meaningful investment in your education.
Mentorship requires significant time, clinical expertise, hands-on training, and individualized feedback. Participants must be fully committed to the process.
I am intentionally selective about who I accept. The goal is not to accept the maximum number of applicants; it is to create a mentorship environment where the right candidate can genuinely grow.
