Our Policies
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important to The Aesthetic Place in Leawood, KS, and our providers have reserved this time especially for you. We realize that at times, unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, we respectfully require that you provide our office 24 hours notice.
Any appointment that does not show or cancels within 24 hours will have a cancellation fee of $100 automatically charged to the credit card on file.
Credit Card Policy
All patients are required to place a credit card on file to schedule an appointment with The Aesthetic Place. Your card will only be charged in the event of a no-show or last-minute cancellation. Your credit card information is stored securely in our payment platform, which follows all required appropriate security compliance standards.
